Last week I forgot to post a Portrait of Easton. But this week's will not disappoint. My sister took this picture of E while we were hanging out at their home. It's so fun to have my sister so close; plus Easton gets to enjoy his Auntie, Uncle, and cousin ALL the time! Lucky him.
Uncle Erkin was teaching E how to lay down and stack the blocks on his tummy. Easton loved this game and stayed very still (strangely still, for my bonkers little guy). This week Easton has been biting on his hands a lot- he's getting two molars. He's been napping for longer (thank, goodness), Eating cereal bars for breakfast, and demanding Juice Plus+ all throughout the day.
I have just started to give in and allow Easton to watch 30 minutes of TV during the day. I put on Sesame Street (Classics), which is streamable on Netflix. One of my issues with TV for children in general is how STIMULATING it is. If it's overwhelming for an adult, imagine what it's like for a tiny little person!!! Anyway, the Sesame Street of years past is much slower paced, not nearly as bright, and the puppets are not as annoying. Actually, the puppets are a very small part of the show- which I rather appreciate because they are sooooo intense on the newer episodes. Too intense. That's all I'll say on the matter.
A portrait of Easton once a week, every week in 2013.
