Food: Lemon Squares

Lemon Squares

Crust:
2 cups Flour
1 cup butter (or margarine)
1/2 cup powdered sugar

Blend with a spoon and pat into a 9x13 pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 18 minutes

Filling:
4 eggs slightly beaten
2 cups of sugar
4 Tablespoons flour
4 Tablespoons lemon juice

Pour over crust
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes
Dust with powdered sugar
Do not cut into squares (about the size of brownies) until it has cooled (at least an hour)
